For a staple food that is essentially made from three humble ingredients (flour, water, and salt), bread has limitless variations. At Merzbacher’s, we’ve focused the operation on six product lines that are constituted by equal parts consistency, accessibility, and inventiveness.
Our bakery is open to the public from 4pm until 8pm, Sunday - Friday. We are closed on Saturday.
