Every Friday in September, Merzbacher’s Earth to Pizza is back on the menu. Flavorful dough with a great crust, topped with fresh vegetables, tasty cheeses, and Jersey Fresh tomatoes…cut 6 ways. Fully baked & ready to share! Pick up a Tomato Pie, Classic Cheese, or Garlicky Greens at our Germantown retail window from 5PM-8PM. We recommend preordering by Thursday afternoon for smooth pickup. Limited quantities available for walk-ups.

A Note from Pete
From the moment I pressed pause on Earth to Pizza in February 2022, the Germantown community—the place I proudly live & work—has been enthusiastically pushing for its return. Many of you have stopped me in the parking lot of A&N House of Produce saying things like, "We miss your pizza! When is it coming back?". Each time, I'd reply, echoing the longing felt for that pizza-shaped void, "I'm hoping for soon! I just need a bit more time.” We’re thrilled to be back at it with this limited-time pop-up.
